Shiv Shakti International Journal in Multidisciplinary and Academic Research (SSIJMAR) is a bimonthly International refereed journal published by Shiv Shakti Academic and Research Foundation The journal invites original research papers, articles, book reviews and case studies in core and allied areas of Retailing and Marketing.
Objectives:
SSIJMAR aims to be platforms where specialists from various fields can communicate their findings to a broader audience, encouraging cross-pollination of ideas and approaches. They often prioritize research that demonstrates how integrating multiple disciplines can lead to new insights or solutions that wouldn't be possible within a single field.The journal primarily aims to publish scholarly research from all the areas of science & technology, humanities, management, commerce, education, social science, agriculture and other allied fields. It also emphasizes research that addresses pressing global challenges—like climate change, public health crises, or technological ethics—which inherently require diverse perspectives to tackle effectively.
SSIJMAR has the following core objectives:
- Bridge disciplinary boundaries by publishing research that crosses traditional academic fields
- Facilitate knowledge exchange between different scientific communities
- Address complex problems that require perspectives from multiple disciplines
- Showcase innovative methodologies that combine approaches from different fields

Review Policy:
All submissions will be subject to the primary screening by the editor and/or associate editor. Once the submissions will pass the desk, they will be processed throughdouble-blind peer review policy, where two reviewers will anonymously review the paper and submit their feedback. The authors will be invited to respond to the reviewers’ comments. Only upon satisfaction of the reviewers and editor/s on the revised manuscript, it will be accepted and published in the journal.
